About Evergreen Joiners
Meet the Team
Alex Hutt
Alex was already an established cabinet maker, running a successful business producing fine furniture and bespoke kitchens for almost 20 years, before extending into joinery manufacturing in 2013. The benefit of coming from this type of background is that his same meticulous attention to detail is applied from the smallest designs to the more complex projects now being produced at Evergreen. Whether ordering cabinets, windows and doors, or a staircase, our customers can be reassured that Alex has personally checked each product leaving the workshop to ensure the highest possible standards are met. Alex prides himself on working closely with our clients to establish a seamless delivery of projects, from the design to the installation.
Sarah Semley
Sarah is one of Evergreen’s success stories. She completed her apprenticeship with us, and now works as a fully qualified bench joiner. Sarah is highly skilled and works diligently, always striving for the best. Her talents have not gone un-noticed as she won the prestigious Skillbuild’s Apprentice of the Year Award at the national Pride of Construction awards in 2014. Read more about Sarah here:

Tom Philipson
Tom joined our team in 2013 as a cabinet maker, and he deals with our fine furniture and cabinet projects. Tom is a star in his own right, as he has won national awards for his furniture projects. These commendations highlight both his artistic flair and exceptional woodworking abilities. Evergreen’s clients benefit from Tom’s talents as he skilfully turns their project ideas into reality. Also in our team we have a selection of fully qualified site joiners ready to fit our products into your home or business. We also pride ourselves on regularly taking on new apprentices, working closely with a local college, to provide work opportunities for newly emerging talent in the field of joinery.
